Tricia is a Partner with Lupton Fawcett. Having practised as a solicitor in the City for more than 30 years, Tricia has a good reputation as a private client specialist and advises on wills and lasting powers of attorneys, and administers deceased estates. However, she has always undertaken residential conveyancing too and so is pleased to be able to deal with the property aspects of an estate whether this be deeds of gift or estate related transfers or sales. Tricia has also had strong links with Sheffield Mencap and Gateway for 20 years and is very proud of that connection. As well as providing advice to parents and contacts of those organisations, she is an appointed trustee in many trusts and settlements.
