David Whitaker is a partner and member at Lupton Fawcett. David heads the commercial property department and advises on a broad spectrum of commercial property work, with particular emphasis on the acquisition, management and disposal of investment property portfolios and the property aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals. David also acts for a number of religious, educational and other charities and is a member of the firm's cross-disciplinary Charities and Social Enterprises Group.
