Litigation

Jennifer is an Associate Director in our Litigation team.  She has substantial experience in both general and commercial litigation across Sheriff Court and Court of Session procedure as well as the Lands Tribunal for Scotland.  She has regularly appeared across courts in Scotland.  Her workload is varied and includes assisting clients with debt recovery, contractual disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, general property disputes and insolvency disputes.  Jennifer acts for a range of clients helping them resolve complex disputes in an effective and pragmatic manner.

Jennifer trained and worked in Aberdeen for several years before returning to the central belt where she recently spent over 5 years working at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, working across a range of civil and commercial matters.  She has recently joined Macdonald Henderson as an Associate Director in the Litigation team
