Eva is a solicitor in the corporate team, having qualified in 2023. She has worked on a variety of corporate matters including acquisitions, private equity investments and company restructures.

Eva graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2020 and completed her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow in 2021. During her time at Strathclyde, she was a member of the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic which allowed her to gain first-hand experience in developing client relationships and applying the law in a practical setting.  Eva has recently joined Macdonald Henderson’s corporate team, having previously trained and worked for a large Scottish firm.

Eva is a member of the Scottish Young Lawyers’ Association.

LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde and the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.
