Guides HR personnel through the necessary UKVI requirements to satisfy right-to-work checks, ensuring appropriate processes are in place to enable suitable monitoring of their sponsored employees; relevant reporting is undertaken and prepare businesses for visits from UKVI. Supports both business and individuals with their Sponsored UK visas under the Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes under Company sponsorship. Advises private clients with complex naturalisation and registration applications for British Citizenship, plus tailored. Supports private clients with family cases, including ancestry, Appendix FM and EUSS applications.
