Adele deals with a wide range of contentious and non-contentious issues for a client base ranging from multinational plcs to small companies and private individuals. Adele has extensive experience of transatlantic employment issues and frequently works with foreign companies entering the UK market, drafting contracts, implementing compliance policies and providing HR support. In addition to her employer practice, Adele works extensively with senior executives negotiating contracts and exit packages. Adele sits on the LNTV Employment Legal Expert Panel.
