Maria advises individuals and organisations on contentious and non-contentious employment matters across a wide range of sectors including financial services, IT, healthcare and the arts. She works alongside business owners and legal and HR teams providing pragmatic guidance on the full range of employment disputes, including complex grievance and disciplinary matters often involving allegations of discrimination and whistleblowing. Her practice also includes frequently advising clients on redundancy and TUPE matters.
