Davina is part of the Immigration Department, where she advises both corporate and private clients on a wide range of matters relating to UK immigration and nationality law. Her work covers all aspects of immigration procedure, providing strategic and practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

With over 12 years of experience, Davina has developed substantial expertise in Asylum and Human Rights law. She has represented clients in numerous appeals before the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Tribunal and has also managed applications for Judicial Review in the High Court.

Her career includes valuable international legal experience, gained through internships at the United Nations (Division of Policy Development and Law), as well as at law firms in South Africa and Argentina.
