Career

Co-managing Partner Stéphanie Dumas advises national and international companies, both listed and privately held on French labour issues relating to merger & acquisitions, restructuring plans and collective redundancies. Her clients consist mainly of companies in the industrial sector (including automotive, pumps, doors, and window-frames) as well as, to the audio-visual production business sector.

In addition, Stéphanie provides expert advice to clients on international mobility and expatriation issues. She also represents French groups in expatriation disputes before courts.

At the firm, she co-chairs 2 practices: Restructuring & employment and Company Managers & international mobility departments.

She is also a lecturer at the prestigious French Business School (HEC) from which she graduated.

She graduated from HEC business school, and also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law. Top of her class at the Université Paris I where she took a Master’s Degree in Labour Law, she also graduated top of her class at law school (CRFPA and CAPA).
