Juliana Kovac advises a diverse clientele on all aspects of labor and social security law.

She particularly focuses on matters related to workforce savings schemes, such as optional and mandatory profit-sharing plans, company savings plans, stock subscription and purchase options, and free share distributions. She also assists companies during URSSAF audits.

Juliana Kovac frequently counsels state-owned enterprises on issues concerning both civil servants and employees under private law contracts, as well as staff representatives.
