Frédéric-Guillaume advises and represents companies in litigation issues particularly in the event of the implementation and consultation of the personnel representative bodies (Works Council, Employee representation and Health and Safety Committee or Social and Economic Committee).

He also specializes in navigating the appointment of union representatives (Union Representative, Representative of the Union Section, Union Delegate, Union Representative at the Works Council or the Health and Safety Committee).

His expertise extends to advising companies in the event of independent external expertises on significant projects, serious risks or on recurrent consultation matters.

Frédéric-Guillaume Laprévote commenced his tenure with the Firm in 2007 and ascended to Partner in 2018.
