Mergers and acquisitions: NORDIA Law has solid experience in M&A. We advise companies and venture capital investors on private equity mergers, investments, and acquisitions, as well as due diligence, regulatory work, and contract negotiations. The clients include local and international companies ranging from start-ups to large international corporations.

Dispute resolution: NORDIA Law has long and solid experience in this field, and litigation engages many of the partners and associates of the firm. The collective expertise in this area is hard to beat. Dispute resolution, per definition, involves and requires knowledge of other legal areas.

Intellectual property: The practice includes dispute resolution and other means of protecting intellectual property, such as trademarks, designs, and know-how. Pinja Hoffrichter is leading the team. She is a skilled and frequent litigator and adviser within the field of IP as well as other fields of business law.
