Michael Kunz supports innovation leaders and internationally oriented technology companies focusing on FinTech, blockchain and DLT, data protection, software license management and cloud computing. He also has in-depth knowledge of intellectual property and financial markets law and supports clients in regulatory matters and the commercialization of their intellectual property rights.

Michael has a solid technical and legal understanding of DLT technology and digital distribution models and is a proponent of pragmatic solutions. He is primarily active in an advisory and contract drafting capacity, thereby ensuring that his clients can focus on their core business.

Prior to joining MME, Michael worked for several organizations and technology companies in the greater Seattle area after passing the Washington State Bar exam. He is an active member of the platform “Mentor in Law” and regularly publishes on topics in his practice area.
