Every point counts. Luca Hitz is full of drive and energy. He plays his home games in the areas of intellectual property law, technology law and competition law. Besides established companies, Luca Hitz also advises startups and growth companies, in particular in the technology, entertainment, sport and health sector. Together with his clients, he develops customized strategies for innovation protection, implements these and defends his clients’ innovations efficiently and powerfully. He also advises and supports companies on projects in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) to ensure that technological progress is used in an optimal and legally compliant manner. He is an active member of various local and international professional organisations and regularly gives lectures on technology law. Before Luca Hitz joined MME as an attorney, he worked at the Institute of Intellectual Property (IPI) and as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich.
