Dr. Thomas Müller leads the foundation team at MME. His areas of expertise include foundation and corporate law, M&A, notarial services, governance for digital networks, and DLT ecosystems.

Thomas joined MME in 2008 and has been in charge of corporate law, corporate change processes, corporate transaction/M&A, and the notary's office.

Since 2017, Thomas has specialised in developing and integrating governance and control in digital and decentralised networks such as blockchain technology. He supports clients with his comprehensive knowledge regarding the digital network economy and the specific legal and organisational framework conditions.
