Dr. Urs Isenegger joined MME in 2016. Before, he acted for 20 years as managing partner in a medium-sized corporate law firm in Zurich. Based on his long-standing activity as corporate lawyer with his focus areas in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and competition law as well as contract law, Urs Isenegger shows a broad experience in advising and representing companies and their stakeholders. He disposes of profound knowledge in respect of cross-border transactions and projects. His practical experience is completed with his long-lived activity in various managing and supervisory bodies (such as board of directors, board of foundations, advisory boards). Since many years, Urs Isenegger acts as coach and jury member in well-known business plan competitions.
