Dan Eklöf has extensive experience of research and providing advice in these fields. In the IP field, the focus is copyright law but he also works with patents, trademarks and design, where he engages in drafting and negotiating licence contracts, providing advice, and in litigation. In Competition law, Dan Eklöf’s main task is providing advice, following the prohibition of anti-competitive agreements and abuses of a dominant position.
