Advokat, Partner. Specialises in litigation, intellectual property law, marketing law and protection of trade secrets. Anders Kylhammar specialises in commercial dispute resolution, intellectual property, marketing law and protection of trade secrets. He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trademarks, patents, copyright and design. Anders frequently represents clients in court proceedings, including the Swedish Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. Further, Anders lectures at Lund University, Faculty of Law, and has published several books and articles on IP law. He joined Sandart & Partners in 2000 and has been a partner of the firm since 2001.

Advokat/Partner. Specialises in intellectual property law, marketing law and dispute resolution. Anna Bladh Redzic has extensive experience from commercial litigations concerning e.g. patents, copyright and trademarks. She also works with commercial agreements and gives general advice on a regular basis on intellectual property law. Anna is also retained as mediator in commercial disputes.

Senior Counsel. Specialises in intellectual property law, dispute resolution, life science, and regulatory issues. Litigations within all IPR fields since 1980. Dag Sandart has acquired a vast experience within patent, trademark, marketing, life science and copyright law. Dag also has a broad experience in contract negotiation.

Advokat, LL.D., Specialist counsel. Specialises in intellectual property law and competition law. Dan Eklöf has extensive experience of research and providing advice in these fields. In the IP field, the focus is copyright law but he also works with patents, trademarks and design, where he engages in drafting and negotiating licence contracts, providing advice, and in litigation. In Competition law, Dan Eklöf’s main task is providing advice, following the prohibition of anti-competitive agreements and abuses of a dominant position.

David Ramsjö has experience from litigation within intellectual property and advertisement law. He serves as secretary of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property as well as being a co-opted member of the board.

LL.M., Associate. Specialises in intellectual property law, marketing law and dispute resolution. Elin Lindh primarily works with copyright and marketing disputes, with particular expertise as legal counsel in the Patent and Market Courts. She also has experience as legal counsel in contractual disputes and in international arbitrations. In addition to her role as legal counsel in dispute resolution, Elin acts as a legal adviser to both Swedish and international clients, especially in the areas of intellectual property and marketing law. Elin also holds the position of secretary for the Swedish Association for Copyright (SFU).

Advokat, Partner. Specialises in dispute resolution and contract and company law, with special emphasis on matters aligning or involving intellectual property rights and trade secrets (know-how). Jonas Näsman has substantial experience from drafting and negotiating inter alia license, distribution and R&D agreements, as well as agreements concerning joint ventures, franchising and outsourcing arrangements. Jonas also aids small and mid-sized companies in mergers and acquisitions and with shareholder and partnership agreements.

Specialises in matters concerning intellectual property and advertisement law and has extensive experience from litigations and from drafting and negotiating contracts within these areas. Karin Cederlund is a member of the board of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property. She has been appointed an expert in various Swedish legislative committees on copyright.

Advokat, Partner. Specialises in dispute resolution. Karl  Guterstam is an expert in dispute resolution with extensive experience of both international and domestic arbitration as well as litigation. He has acted as counsel in disputes before most major arbitral institutions concerning disputes in, amongst other things, the insurance, construction, IT and energy sectors. Karl also serves as arbitrator in both Swedish and international cases. In addition, Karl is an active member of several arbitration associations, is a regular speaker on arbitration topics and is the co-author of the commentary to the SCC rules.

Advokat, Partner. Specialises in intellectual property law and dispute resolution. Peter Sande has vast experience from litigations concerning copyright, trademarks and license agreements. Peter frequently participates in large-scale pan-European litigations. Furthermore, Peter advice research intense companies in regulatory and strategic matters and assists several clients in the entertainment industry. Peter graduated from the University of Stockholm in 1992 (LLM). After service at the Stockholm District Court (1992-94) he joined Sandart & Partners and he has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association, a partner at Sandart & Partners since 1999 and a UPC representative since 2023. Peter was engaged as an expert in the Government Commission regarding professional secrecy, 2006-2007. He was also the Head of the Patent Group of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR), 2007-2016. Peter is regularly engaged as a speaker by Stockholm University and at different seminars. He has published several articles related to the IP rights field.

Torbern has a broad legal background and after working for almost a decade as Legal Counsel at Vattenfall AB, Torbern has extensive experience of energy-related law, public procurement matters, general corporate law, tort law, construction law, compliance-related issues, as well as of assignments as a board member. In addition, Torbern has a long experience of strategic and legal support in connection with legislative matters in, among other things, the energy sector and assists clients in public consultation procedures and in connection with public initiatives for new or amended legislation, ordinances, and regulations.
