Jonas Näsman has substantial experience from drafting and negotiating inter alia license, distribution and R&D agreements, as well as agreements concerning joint ventures, franchising and outsourcing arrangements. Jonas also aids small and mid-sized companies in mergers and acquisitions and with shareholder and partnership agreements.
