Simon Plunkett

Simon is a partner with wide experience of project advisory work and dispute resolution in various sectors, acting for employers, contractors, consultants and specialist sub-contractors. Simon has for a number of years advised clients in disputes resolved by litigation, arbitration, adjudication and ADR (particularly mediation), but more recently the focus of his practice has been advisory work. In this field he provides strategic risk management and dispute avoidance advice to clients, drawing on his experience of standard form and bespoke procurement methods, notably PFI. He is an ADR Group accredited mediator and solicitor advocate (civil).
