James Crookes

James is the Head of our Real Estate Global Sector, and is Head of our Property Group.

He has many years’ experience of commercial real estate, with a particular focus on undertaking investment and asset management work. He has acted for clients on a wide variety of acquisitions, disposals, fundings, developments and lettings, including major portfolio transactions, joint ventures and complex financing models. 

James also specialises in developing and implementing innovative service delivery models, which maximise efficiency and consistency of approach for our clients.

James is responsible for our Real Estate relationships with a broad range of investors including UK and European institutions, fund managers, private equity houses and property companies.
