James Long

James is a partner at Pinsent Masons LLP who operates in main stream transactional real estate work including property investment and development work .  He has specialised for the last 10 years in private healthcare investment, acting predominantly for investors who purchase (by way of completed asset acquisitions, corporate wrappers, forward purchases and forward funded developments) primary care centres, care homes, retirement villages and other specialist healthcare units.  In addition, James acts for a number of developers’ of healthcare assets and deals with acquisitions, asset management and disposals for a number of social care operators.   

James leads a number of the real estate group’s key relationships, manages a cross office team internally and regularly advises on overall strategy and tactics for his clients.
