Partner. Gareth is a corporate finance lawyer specialising in equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. He advises a wide variety of international and UK issuers and investment banks across a variety of sectors including gambling, financial services, real estate and natural resources.

Gareth has experience of a broad range of corporate finance transactions of varying complexity including IPO's and secondary offerings (both on the Official List and AIM), mergers and acquisitions and public takeovers, as well as advising on ongoing obligations of listed companies.
