Joel has extensive commercial and residential development experience acting on a wide range of mixed use, industrial, retail housing and office schemes. He has specialist expertise on large-scale warehouse and distribution transactions, acting for developers and corporate occupiers alike, and has a particular interest in the automotive sector, acting for a number of manufacturers and others in the sector on major occupational acquisitions, disposals and new builds.

Joel's clients include private sector developers, public authorities, investors and multinational corporates.
