Position

Nikola Bellofatto advises and represents domestic and foreign companies and individuals in commercial and corporate disputes in Swiss courts. His advice and representation cover the full range of corporate and employment law including white collar crime and international legal assistance.

A long-standing expertise as member of different educational boards (primary/secondary school and gymnasium, private and public) completes his practice.
