Gino Koenig has more than 30 years of experience in arbitration and litigation, commercial contracts and corporate law. He has acted in more than 80 international and domestic arbitration proceedings as counsel, president, sole arbitrator and party appointed arbitrator under both ad hoc and institutional rules (ICC, Swiss Rules, DIS, VIAC). Dr. Koenig also has extensive experience in corporate law and commercial contracts, in particular in advising clients in the field of infrastructure projects. Since 2006, he is president of the Appeals Chamber of the Swiss Ice Hockey Federation (member since 1998) and responsible for more than 400 decisions. He was president of an ice hockey club from 1996–2013.

For the past 25 years the main professional focus of Christoph Pestalozzi has been on domestic and international arbitration. He is active in institutional arbitration and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. He has handled over 100 arbitration proceedings in Europe and Asia as chairman, co-arbitrator and sole arbitrator and is a member of various national and international arbitration organizations. He also acts as counsel for Swiss and foreign companies, private individuals and foreign states before international arbitration tribunals and national courts, especially in the areas of commercial, contract and insolvency law. In addition, he has vast practical experience with private clients and as a board member in the banking and pharmaceutical sector, and has chaired a major non-profit organization in Zurich for over 30 years until 2020 (pro bono).

Davide Colacino specializes in arbitration and litigation in commercial and business disputes. He has acted as arbitrator, counsel and secretary of arbitral tribunals in numerous institutional (ICC, Swiss Arbitration Centre, CAS and DIFC-LCIA) and ad hoc arbitrations. His practice focuses, in particular, on construction disputes, international commercial law and post-M&A disputes.
