During such ministerial appointments, Mr. Zu'bi introduced pioneering amendments to the legal framework of Jordan, including laws governing foreign investment and judicial reform. Through his roles at the forefront of law and governance in Jordan, Mr. Zu'bi has garnered unique insight on a broad spectrum of matters and the distinct ability to approach legal issues from the lenses of both the private and public sector. While managing Ali Sharif Zu'bi Advocates & Legal Consultants, Mr. Zu'bi has frequently acted as counsel representing a wide range of local and foreign clients in litigation and forms of alternative dispute resolution.
