Peter Karl Plattner is one of the most senior partners of bureau Plattner and due to his longstanding experience in complex transactions he is frequently asked to represent some of the largest European companies and investment funds. His focus is on structuring issues concerning M&A or real estate transactions in the private sector and he has also developed significant experience in assisting foreign real estate funds in respect of their Italian investments.

Early in his career, he gained experience working in Madrid for PWC and in London for Kennedys Law LLP.

He has been admitted to practice law in Italy and he is a member of the Italian Association of Certified Public Accountants (“dottore commercialista”) as well as of the Italian Association of Auditors (“revisore contabile”).

He graduated in business administration from the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” in Milan and in law from the “Università degli Studi di Milano”.
