Corporate/M&A: Marinovic & Alcalde has extensive expertise in operations of structured credits, investment and divestment projects by investment managers and investment banks in both regulated – such as infrastructure projects- and the private equity area. Likewise, the firm stands out in the legal counsel in mergers and acquisitions of both public and close corporations – with a marked regulatory emphasis – and corporate restructuring, including real estate planning, the creation, and development of family offices and succession planning.

Dispute resolution: The dispute resolution area has an experienced team of lawyers specialized in the resolution of civil and commercial conflicts before the Ordinary Courts of Justice, the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court. Our team regularly represents clients in complex conflicts relating to construction, real estate, mining, energy, water rights, education, telecommunications, and food industries, among others.
