With extensive experience in real estate development and financing, corporate and individual restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, sale or purchase of assets and companies’ negotiations, joint ventures, public and private investment funds structuring, shareholders agreements, options, capital and debt emissions, and project finance.

Benjamín joined MBC in 2014 and has been a partner since 2019, standing so out his career in the firm and his commitment with the companies’ growth. He previously worked at Cariola, Díez, Pérez Cotapos & Cia. (2012-2014) and at Larraín, Rencoret y Urzúa (2010-2012).
