The team has significant expertise in real estate sector deals, but its client portfolio also extends to retail, healthcare, hospitality, and food and beverage companies, along with investment funds. The group is co-led by founding partner Carolina Menichetti and Benjamín Salas, both of whose practices encompass real estate developments, restructuring, M&A, asset sales and purchases, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, investment fund structuring and shareholder agreements.
