Awais  Javed
Partner Awais specialises in all aspects of immigration law and has significant experience in advising corporate and institutional clients on wide range of immigration matters. Awais also has extensive experience of advising high net-worth individuals on all types of immigration matters, ranging from investor and entrepreneur visa applications to appeals and judicial reviews in the Immigration Tribunal and the High Court. In addition, he is regularly instructed in asylum cases, particularly in relation to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Iran, Iraq, Syria, Sri Lanka and Saudi Arabia. He also deals with entry clearance work, including the points-based system, visitors, and family reunion, deportation appeals in relation to criminal convictions or alleged terrorist connections, and cases in which a threat to national security is alleged. Awais frequently advises on fresh claims in relation to human rights and asylum, after an initial appeal has been exhausted. He and has been instructed on numbers of cases involving breaches of policy and legitimate expectation in immigration law. He also has experience in family law, divorce and children proceedings, particularly in cases with an international or immigration dimension and regularly advises clients on immigration matters for family law proceedings, being one of the few solicitors with genuine experience in both areas.
Nasma Saheecha

One of his most notable case is the recent case of Ahsan v The Secretary of State for the Home Department (Rev 1) [2017] EWCA Civ 2009 where he instructed and worked closely with the late Mr Stephen Knafler QC and Rowan Pennington Benton. This case directly affects approximately 45,000 migrants. Sheryar has also worked closely with Mr Manjit Gill KC and Mr Zane Malik KC delivering successful results for his clients time and again.
Zehra Tamkan
Partner Zehra is a  specialist solicitors in all aspects of business and personal immigration law, advising corporate and private clients on a range of immigration issues.
