Education, Areas of Expertise:  He graduated from Ankara University in 1996.  After working for a reputable law office in Ankara, he founded Köksal&Partners, in September 2005. In addition to law practice, he is also a registered trademark and patent attorney. He attends several conferences about IT Law and gives lectures and speeches on various legal subjects. Membership, Foreign Languages: Köksal is specialized in the areas of law requiring technical information, and he is the chairman of the Legal Working Group at Informatics Association of Turkey.
