Thongrompo is the head of permits and licensing practice at Kudun and Partners. She has over 20 years of experience in dealing with a vast array of legal issues from both local and international clients. Her expertise includes establishing and registering legal entities, advising on M&A conducting legal due diligence, and dealing with licences, permits and contracts related to Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (“IEAT”) incentives, Board of Investment (“BOI”) incentives, tax exemptions, personal data protection, IP and banking services.

Thongrompo also advises international clients on the foreign ownership structures and restrictions, corporate and commercial matters, employment, visas and work permits, legal aspects of incorporation and dissolution, real estate ownership and possession, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements; and drafting wills and inheritance. She applies her extensive knowledge in advising clients across a variety of sectors, including automotive, telecommunications, petrochemicals, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, agriculture, food and beverage, steelworks and electronics.

Beyond her legal acumen, Thongrompo also possesses extensive mediation experience, particularly in the automotive industry. She has successfully mediated disputes involving diverse issues such as mileage tampering, buybacks, non-standard repairs and compensation claims. Her exceptional ability to foster constructive dialogue and achieve equitable resolutions underscores her proficiency in navigating complex conflicts, consistently upholding the principles of fairness and client satisfaction.
