Carl Axel Morvay
Carl Axel is a partner and a member of Cirio’s Banking & Finance and Debt Capital Markets group. Carl Axel regularly acts for banks, equity sponsors and corporates in complex financial transactions, including leveraged buyouts and acquisitions, renewable energy and infrastructure projects and bond issuances. Leveraging on experience from equity capital market and M&A mandates, much of Carl Axel’s work involves cross-border transactions, advising Swedish clients investing internationally and foreign clients investing in Sweden. Carl Axel has extensive experience of Swedish and international high-yield and investment grade bond issuances and regularly acts for issuers, both PE-backed and listed companies, as well as arrangers. Carl Axel also leads Cirio’s shipping team which offers full service legal advice on all aspects of shipping, including M&A, ship finance, new-building, chartering, insurance, flagging, fleet management and disputes.

Caroline Olstedt Carlström
Caroline is a partner and head of Cirios’s data privacy group. She has more than 17 years of experience in international data protection and has served as legal and strategic advisor to companies within IT, media, telecommunications, energy, finance and biotech sectors. Caroline's broad experience in data privacy covers a wide range of operational, compliance, regulatory, strategic and policy matters. She has advised some of the world's largest organisations on issues such as international data transfers (employee related privacy matters (monitoring, whistleblowing etc), regulatory compliance and of advising in connection with the drafting and negotiating of data processing agreements.
Emma  Dansbo
Emma Dansbo
Emma is Cirio’s managing partner and a member of the firm's private M&A-group. She has a particular focus on representing emerging and growth technology companies, their founders and investors. Emma’s client base includes several Venture and Growth Capital funds as well as emerging growth companies within a broad spectrum of technology verticals. She also has a strong interest in digital transformation. Emma has extensive experience from a wide range of venture capital financings, M&A transactions and start-up work, often with cross-border aspects. Her work also includes advice in matters related to shareholders and corporate governance, incentive programs, commercial agreements and growth strategies.
Eva-Maj Mühlenbock
Eva-Maj Mühlenbock
Eva-Maj is a partner and Head of Public Procurement, and has over 30 years’ experience of advising public and private sector clients on all aspects of public procurement and competition law, and has been a leading lawyer in the Swedish market in these areas for many years. Eva-Maj also has extensive experience of commercial dispute resolution. She is also Chair of the Swedish Bar Association, where she has played a leading role in recent years. Eva-Maj is co-author of the Commentary on the Swedish Public Procurement Act (Kommentar till Lag (2016:1145) om offentlig upphandling) and the Commentary on the Swedish Act on Public Procurement Act within the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors. In addition, Eva-Maj has on several occasions been asked by the Government of Sweden to participate in “round table discussions.” Eva-Maj is co-chairman, together with Ellen Hausel Heldahl (Svenskt Näringsliv), for the network JUC – Public Procurement in Sweden (since start 2015).

Hanna Tilus is a partner specialising in the Life Sciences industry focusing on intellectual property, regulatory, marketing law and personal data protection (GDPR). Hanna has extensive experience from advising a wide range of companies within the life sciences industry, for example pharma, MedTech, healthcare and food companies. Furthermore, Hanna has in-house experience of the life sciences industry from working at the global life sciences company Bayer with responsibility for legal affairs, corporate compliance and data protection primarily in Sweden but also in relation to global issues including working out of the pharma HQ in Berlin. Hanna also has extensive experience from advising clients in various industries on IP- and technology-related topics, including transactions, licensing, technology transfers, co-marketing, R&D collaborations, complex commercial contracts, multi-jurisdictional IP-litigation and administrative appeals.

Johan is Senior Counsel and has more than 30 years of experience in corporate law and public and private M&A as well as divestments in a broad spectrum of industries. His expertise also includes real estate transactions where he has represented a wide range of domestic and international clients. Johan is on the board of directors of numerous companies, both private and public, and is frequently engaged as chairman of shareholders meetings in public companies. Johan has held a number of positions in the Swedish Bar Association including a term as chairman of the Stockholm division during several years. Johan is also frequently engaged as chairman of shareholders meetings in public companies.
Jörgen Möller
Jörgen Möller
Jörgen is a partner and Head of Cirio's Energy practice and co-heads Cirio's sector group Energy & Infrastructure, with particular emphasis on energy. Much of his work involves M&A, corporate law, contracts and infrastructure/energy transactions. Jörgen has worked on a large number of infrastructure and energy projects, and has extensive experience of railway projects, planning, procurement, financing, construction and the operation of wind farms, as well as the purchase/sale of energy companies.

Lennart is a partner and a member of the M&A group. He is a experienced M&A lawyer with a focus on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as financial institutions on cross-border and domestic transactions and joint ventures. He is also frequently engaged as an advisor to boards of directors in financially challenging situations. He has experience of business transactions within many areas, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and financial services.

Lisa is Specialist counsel and head of Cirio’s employment law practice group and advises Swedish and international clients on a broad variety of employment related matters, including individual terminations, collective redundancies, internal investigations, trade secrets and non-compete issues as well as pension and other benefit matters. Lisa has long experience from assisting client in connection with reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, outsourcings as well as in union negotiations and employment litigations. Lisa also advices on data privacy matters (GDPR) in relation to employees and other staff. Lisa has experience from working at the employers’ association in the construction and building industry where she advised member companies in employment and collective bargaining agreements matters. She frequently teaches employment law to both clients and external audiences.
Lukas Granlund
Lukas Granlund
Lukas specialises in public affairs (including public procurement and state aid) and belongs to Cirio's sector groups Life Science, Healthcare & Food and Digital & Technology. Lukas also has special experience in general administrative law, municipal law and publicity and secrecy legislation in connection with business between the public and private sectors. In procurement law, Lukas works regularly all sectors, and thus has solid experience from both LOU, LUF, LUK and the LUFS legislation, including security-protected procurement. In procurement law, Lukas works continuously with advice and dispute resolution for both suppliers and contracting authorities. Through his involvement in Digital, Lukas has special knowledge and experience from procurement in the digital business sector. Through his involvement in Life Science, Healthcare and Food, Lukas also has special knowledge and experience of the procurement market in the Life Science sector. Lukas has written several legal articles in procurement law in e.g. MedTech Magazine and Offentliga affärer, and is a co-author of Commentary on the Swedish Public Procurement Act (Rosén Andersson, Norstedts Juridik) and the Commentary on the Swedish Act on Public Procurement Act within the Water, Energy, Transport and Postal Services Sectors. Lukas is also one of the authors of “Offentlig upphandling av koncessioner – en handbok” (Granlund, Hallberg, Mühlenbock, Norstedts juridik). Lukas is regularly leading courses in procurement under the auspices of Norstedts. In addition, Lukas is often hired as a speaker in seminars regarding procurement, and has, among other things, participated as a speaker at Upphandlingsdagarna, Mötesplats offentliga affärer, Almedalen and Swedish MedTech's procurement committee.

Magnus is a partner and Head of Cirio's Real Estate group and is specialised in Real Estate with almost 20 years of experience from the real estate industry. Magnus’s practice covers a wide range of commercial real estate including real estate transactions, joint ventures, property developments and commercial leases. In addition to the real estate practice, Magnus also has considerable experience in cross border M&A, commercial contracts and corporate law. He has a background as Head of Legal and Head of Transactions & Investments at a leading Nordic real estate developer and has extensive experience in representing Swedish and international real estate companies, listed and private as well as real estate funds and other investors.
Olof Hallberg
Olof Hallberg
Olof is a Senior Counsel and specialises in real estate, environment and public procurement. Olof has long experience in real estate and environmental law and has advised on major property and environment projects in conjunction with the incorporation of the former Affärsverket SJ. With more than 15 years in the public sector, Olof has considerable experience of public procurement and he handles major procurements for procurers and suppliers. Olof has a background in the judiciary (assistant appeal court judge) and he was senior counsel at the real estate division of the national railways operator, SJ.

Per is a partner and specialises in Life Science. He is also active within M&A and private equity including venture capital. He has extensive experience of Swedish and international transactions in logistics, chemicals, life sciences and telecom. He advises private equity companies and foreign listed companies. Per also has key expertise in advising clients in the life science sector on matters concerning alliances/joint ventures, research agreements and supply agreements as well as regulatory issues. Per is head of Cirio's Life Sciences & Food group.
Peter Högström
Peter is a partner and  works with corporate law, M&A, venture capital, capital markets as well as infrastructure projects (in particular the energy sector) and has long experience of advising clients and leading client teams in Swedish and cross-border transactions involving private and public companies. He has a solid background from venture capital companies and buy-out funds. Peter has worked with restructuring and acquisitions in the retail sector for many years regarding fully integrated businesses and franchise systems. In recent years, he has been involved in numerous complex matters and is frequently named as a leading advisor in M&A and capital markets.
Pierre Pettersson
Pierre Pettersson
Pierre is a partner and mainly specialises in restructuring and insolvency and banking and finance. He has extensive experience of corporate restructuring, liquidations (solvent and insolvent) as well as all matters related to financially distressed companies. Pierre is accredited and regularly appointed as administrator or official receiver in company reorganisations and liquidations, both by the courts and the Companies Registration Office. He also represents creditors in various insolvency proceedings as well as clients in litigation. Pierre is also experienced and assists clients with financing and security arrangements and related issues. Moreover, Pierre is an active member of REKON, the Swedish association for insolvency practitioners and the internationally in the IBA "Insolvency & Restructuring section".
Ulrica Salomon
Ulrica Salomon
Ulrica is a partner and Head of Cirios’s public procurement and competition law group. She has a broad experience of all competition law matters including abuse of dominant position, anti-competitive behaviour, merger control and state aid. She also has a solid background in procurement matters. Ulrica regularly represents clients in court and in their contacts with public authorities. She is frequently engaged to lecture on public procurement and competition law. Ulrica is also a member of Cirios’s group for Compliance and Corporate Investigations and regularly assists clients in matters relating to anti-corruption and other compliance/liability issues.
