Peter is a partner and  works with corporate law, M&A, venture capital, capital markets as well as infrastructure projects (in particular the energy sector) and has long experience of advising clients and leading client teams in Swedish and cross-border transactions involving private and public companies. He has a solid background from venture capital companies and buy-out funds.

Peter has worked with restructuring and acquisitions in the retail sector for many years regarding fully integrated businesses and franchise systems. In recent years, he has been involved in numerous complex matters and is frequently named as a leading advisor in M&A and capital markets.
