Mr. Jaakko Lindgren assists clients in technology law acting for both technology users and suppliers in the private and public sector. He regularly advises domestic and international companies on a broad range of technology law matters.

Mr. Lindgren has had a leading advisory role in multiple technology-driven M&A transactions and in venture capital investments in technology companies. He has also been acting as a member of the board of several growth companies.
