- Advised YIT in their IT outsourcing, resulting in a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra in which a significant part of YIT’s IT services will be harmonized and consolidated to one dedicated supplier.
- Acted as the sole legal counsel for Lindström in the IT outsourcing where Lindström outsourced its End-User Services, IT Infra Services and Application and Maintenance Services.
- Advised DVV in several assignments and projects, including the Finnish Digital Identity Reform project. The Digital Identity Reform project seeks to develop a new and secure mobile application which allows individuals to prove their identity in various in-person and online services provided by public and private actors.
