Interned at Nachum Feinberg & Co. law firm and continued to work for the firm as an attorney for three years.
Head of the Labor Law Department at the Yossifoff, Cohen & Co. law firm between 2003 and 2007.
Holds a LL.B in law and BA in media from Tel Aviv University and an LL.M in law from Tel Aviv University. Former teaching assistant in a course on labor law given by Prof. Rut Ben Israel and Prof. Guy Mundlak, and lecturer on labor law in various frameworks.
Adv. Deutsch specializes in representing leading companies and organizations in the market, providing ongoing consultations and representation in legal proceedings, complex reorganizations, individual and collective negotiations, parity committees and arbitrations.
Adv. Deutsch is a member of the Society for Labor Law, the Labor Law Committee of the Israel Bar Association, and Chairperson of the Labor Committee at Lahav, the Israeli umbrella organization for independent businesspeople.
Adv. Deutsch lectures at in-service training programs and seminars given by the Israel Bar Association, at employer organization conferences, at the Society for Labor Law, in-service training programs for HR managers, and more.
In addition, Adv. Deutsch is an arbitrator and mediator in collective and individual proceedings.
