Audrey Rustichelli is the head of our Technologies & IP department. She advises clients on a wide range of information technology and communications matters and has extensive experience in outsourcing agreements, Internet and e-commerce, telecommunications and data protection issues including assisting clients getting GDPR ready. Her extended experience, notably as head of the IP/ITc practice in the Luxembourg office of the largest American business law firm, is also an asset to handle issues related to commercial agreements, queries for regulated companies or enforcing intellectual property rights.

Catherine is the partner leading the Corporate practice of PwC Legal (Luxembourg) and has an extensive experience in advising private equity clients in the setting-up, acquisition or sale of investments structures, targets or joint ventures. Her practice covers a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters involving both international and domestic real estate deals as well structuring, financing of leverage and management buy-out transactions, domestic and cross-border mergers, corporate reorganisations, management teams and corporate governance matters. Catherine is also well versed in assisting operational companies running their activities in Luxembourg.

Cedric is heading the Banking and Capital Markets practice of PwC Legal in Luxembourg.  He advises clients on all type of financing transactions, including secured and unsecured bank lending, acquisition and asset finance and has an extensive experience in securities law and capital markets regulation. He advises Luxembourg and foreign corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets and financing transactions, including debt and equity transactions, initial public offerings, takeovers, placement of securities, buy-backs of securities, liability management transactions, listings and all related regulatory matters.

Jean-Yves Lhommel
Jean-Yves has a strong background with more than 20 years of experience in international tax and international business reorganisations. He has notably spent more than 10 years with “Magic Circle” law firms. He experienced amongst: post-acquisition simplification of the Luxembourg holding structure of a multinational industrial group; implementation of the financing and cash pooling center for a Swedish industrial group; rationalisation of the holding structure of the real estate part of a sovereign fund; partial demerger of the management entity of a regulated life insurance company; cross-border merger of a German operating company into a Luxembourg  company being active in the same sector; debt to equity swaps for the Luxembourg companies of several international groups. Jean-Yves is responsible for Luxembourg corporate services, assisting mainly multinational groups through their implementation and restructuring processes. This notably includes in-bound and out-bound migrations, domestic and cross-border mergers, demergers, liquidations, etc. He is also involved in both international and domestic real estate deals.
Mathieu Scodellaro
Mathieu Scodellaro
Mathieu is specialized in issues concerning investment funds, fund managers and the various service providers. Over the last 15 vears, Mathieu has assisted numerous international clients in the setting-up, (re)structuring and handling of their organization or projects. He regularly advises his clients on regulatory issues and in their relationships with the regulatory authorities He has been involved in the creation of a large number of regulated and unregulated investment funds from plain vanilla UCITS to investment funds investing in illiquid assets (private equity, debt funds, real assets, insurance-linked assets…), with complex investment strategies or with innovative features. His involvement included the structuring of the products, the drafting of the offering documentation, the negotiations with the service providers, potential investors and lenders, the communication with the regulator., etc.  He has assisted his clients in the development of their products and dealing with special events (restructuring, liquidation…) impacting their funds. He has also assisted a number of depositary banks and managers in their strategic or regulatory restructuring  and dealing with new regulations impacting their businesses or the funds they are servicing. With the increasing regulatory scrutiny, he has also assisted clients facing queries or investigations from the regulator.

Serge is a partner in our corporate and M&A department, heading the real estate practice at PwC Legal in Luxembourg. With more than 20 years experience of legal expertise, including an outstanding record of performance in preparing and negotiating real estate transactions, Serge is a nationally renowned legal real estate expert. Serge specialises in national and international real estate and construction issues. He advises on all aspects of real estate investment projects, including, among other things, real estate asset acquisitions and disposals (share or asset deals), the choice of vehicle, financing, complex lease negotiations, authorization requirements and environmental aspects. He advises clients on a wide range of real estate transactions, share and asset deals, be it on the buyer or seller side, and including Luxembourg-based real estate assets
