Karol specialises in advising on corporate income tax, in particular for companies operating in special economic zones. He has experience in advising on restructuring and transactional processes in the area of CIT.

On a daily basis, he deals with day-to-day consultancy, combining knowledge of both tax law and corporate law. He also deals with issues related to tax forms of support for enterprises, primarily determining and settling the R&D tax relief.

He participates in due diligence studies and tax reviews. He supports entrepreneurs in tax proceedings before tax authorities. In his work to date he has also advised on VAT, PIT and excise tax. He is a member of the team dealing with issues related to the Standard Audit File for Tax.
