Career

Olga Płoucha is responsible for the development of the environmental and real estate law department. She advises companies operating in industries that have an impact on the environment, which in practice affects most organizations.

Olga has produced a number of analyses of the legal status of real estate, with particular emphasis on environmental issues and their impact on planned investments. In this respect, she has advised both buyers and intermediaries, as well as those responsible for carrying out environmental analyses.

Olga has been involved in projects concerning the implementation of industrial, residential, and hotel investments, as well as in construction processes at both the planning and execution stage.

She has represented both investors and contractors in court proceedings.

Olga is an author of multiple publications and is a trainer in public procurement, real estate law, and environmental law. She is a lecturer of post-graduate studies in Chemical Safety Management conducted by the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economics of the University of Wrocław.

Before joining Olesiński & Wspólnicy, Olga acquired experience in Polish and international law firms.
