Career

A lawyer since 1999 and a graduate of the Instituição Toledo de Ensino (ITE), Dr Felipe has a wide-ranging practice in the areas of succession in family businesses, the formation of holding companies, the drafting of shareholders' agreements and joint stock companies. He also stands out in administrative law, demonstrating proficiency in bidding processes and implementing compliance projects. Since 2008, he has been managing partner of Oliveira e Olivi's Corporate and Succession area. He has a specialisation in Business Law from ITE, in Environmental Management from Universidade Estadual Paulista ‘Júlio de Mesquita Filho’ (UNESP) and an MBA in Business Management. Dr Felipe also holds a master's degree in Sustainability and Governance from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). His training has given him in-depth knowledge of contracts, as well as extensive experience in corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on asset purchase and sale transactions, due diligence projects and coordinates compliance initiatives. In the academic sphere, he taught Law, Business Administration and Accounting at the Instituto de Ensino Superior de Londrina (INESUL) from 2005 to 2008, covering subjects such as tax, labour, corporate, environmental, consumer and administrative law.
