Corporate: the corporate group handles UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, buy-outs, disposals, joint ventures, partnership law, corporate governance, reorganisations and shareholder agreements.

Dispute resolution: the dispute resolution group is a leading commercial litigation services provider.
