Laila is a founding Partner at Afrique Advisors, the exclusive correspondent of Mayer Brown.

She was previously a senior associate at Mayer Brown Paris, where she specialized in the tax structuring of high-value cross-border transactions notably in the form of leverage-buy-out.

She founded Afrique Advisors in 2015 and is now involved in Corporate M&A transactions, energy, infrastructure, international litigation and private equity.
