Ghows LLC

Founded in 2019, Ghows LLC is a boutique law practice specialising in intellectual property and technology, commercial litigation and arbitration, employment, data protection and corporate transactional matters.

The team is led by Bryan Ghows, who has been named as a leading individual for both intellectual property (IP) and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) from 2016 to 2019. He has nearly 40 years of practice and in-house experience, including as managing director and founder of leading IP and TMT firm Via Law Corporation/Taylor Vinters Via, and as associate general counsel at Microsoft. Bryan is also a qualified Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) arbitrator for IP disputes.

The team is adept in all areas of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters including trade marks, patents, copyright and registered designs, and also regularly advises local and international corporate clients on data protection, employment, corporate regulatory and transactional matters including on mergers and acquisitions, supply and distribution agreements and licensing agreements.
