Millicent trained in the IP department of a well-established law firm in Singapore. She has worked on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including trademark prosecution, opposition, revocation, invalidation and infringement. Millicent has a background in graphic design. Having spent a decade in this creative industry, Millicent has a unique perspective and advantage when it comes to tackling trade mark and copyright disputes. Her familiarity with the concerns and limitations of designers also serves her well in cases where it is necessary to have a deep understanding and appreciation of the client’s work.
