Criminal Defense & Government Investigations- The MSF Criminal Defense Group consists of experienced trial lawyers, whose practices focus on white-collar and U.S. regulatory enforcement action defense, including SEC, CFTC and FINRA actions, cross-border investigations, and complex criminal litigation.
