Associate

Ceren Tezcan is an associate at Uzun & Keskin Attorney Partnership, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, capital markets, and commercial law. She advises both local and international clients on investment transactions, IPOs, bond issuances, and regulatory compliance across a wide range of industries including technology, entertainment, defense, and retail. 

Prior to joining Uzun & Keskin, Ceren held associate positions at Özmen Yalçın, Pelister Atayılmaz Enkür, and Paksoy Law Firm.

Ceren is fluent in English and speaks basic German and Italian.

She has earned several certifications in arbitration, restructuring law, and reinsurance, and has a deep personal interest in skiing, watercolor painting, piano, and kitesurfing.
