Our involvement in the company’s IPO and post-IPO lifecycle also demonstrates our in-depth knowledge of financial law (with a special focus on inside knowledge and regulated information) and stock exchange law, and places us as an expert in this discipline.
Apart from our corporate and M&A focus, we are also active in the field of commercial litigation and distressed M&A (in particular given the post-Covid situation), thus providing a truly comprehensive support at all stages of our clients’ commercial and corporate matters.

Only this year, we added to our client roster several multinational corporations, whom we advise on multimillion EUR deals and complex corporate and transactional matters.
